Elliott, Gerald L. age 82, late of New Lenox, IL. Beloved husband of Marie (nee Crisanti), loving father of Gerald G. Elliott, Therese (Gary) Leidolph, George (Theresa) Elliott and Joseph (Barbara) Elliott, proud grandfather of Chad (Kristen), Amanda (Michael), Nicole and the late Matthew and Daniel, great-grandfather of six, caring brother of Nedra (late Thomas) Harrison, brother-in-law of Joseph Crisanti. Funeral Tuesday, March 12, 2007, 9:30 a.m., from the Vandenberg Funeral Home, 19604 S. Wolf Rd., Mokena, IL, 60448, to St. Jude Church. Mass 10 a.m. Entombment in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Gerald was a WWII Veteran and receive the Purple Heart and the Bronze Star. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the American Cancer Society, 17060 S. Oak Park Ave., Tinley Park, IL, 60477. Marie and Family:
My deepest sympathies on the loss of your beloved husband, Father and Grandpa. He will truly be missed by all. I found out too late to make arrangements to come to the wake. I said my personal prayers for Jerry. He is with all that have gone before him. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.
