Zampas, Georgia (nee Kalopeses), beloved wife of the late Peter, loving mother of Lillian (the late Sam) Salamone, fond grandmother of Georgeann "Gina" (Jerry) Bogucki, Nancy (John) Zientko and Stella Salamone (Lewis Ping Jr.), great-grandmother of John Bogucki, Angelo and Sam Salamone, Vincent Sereyka, Casimir and John Zientko, great-great-grandmother of Angie Sereyka, dear sister of Katherine Kalopeses and the late William Kalopeses, Peter Kalopeses, Jennie (Jim) Brown, Thomas Kalopeses and Dorothy (Bennie) DeFrancisco. Funeral Saturday, 11:30 a.m., from Kolbus-John V. May Funeral Home, 6857 W. Higgins Ave., Chicago, to St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church. Mass 12:30 p.m. Interment Elmwood Cemetery. Dear Grandma,
You can only have one Grandma, patient, kind and true. No other friend in all the world, will be the same as you.
When other friends forsake us, to Grandma we will turn. For all her loving kindness, she asks nothing in return.
