Georgia Boolookas Obituary

Boolookas, Georgia age 91, daughter of the late Harry and Ganoula Boolookas, sister of deceased Angelyn Nicholas and Patricia Boolookas, died Monday, August 28, 2006. Ms. Boolookas studied in France and Switzerland and graduated from Rosary College in River Forest, IL. Upon graduation she received a prestigious award from the French government. She taught French at Rosary College. The family resided in Oak Park, IL, for many years and in 1971 moved to Lake Forest, IL. Ms. Boolookas traveled extensively all over the world and also belonged to many organizations. Visitation Thursday, 9:30 a.m. until time of Funeral Service 10 a.m., at Acension of Our Lord Greek Orthodox Church, 1207 Rivewoods Rd., Lincolnshire, IL, 60069.
