George Valach Obituary
George Valach, Jr., 82, passed away January 15, 2022. He was born February 5, 1939 in Chicago, Illinois to the late George Sr. and Anna (Klimacek) Valach.
George served our country in the US Army. He retired as the general manager for Uarco Printing where he worked for 45 years. He enjoyed golfing, bowling, and spending time with his family.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife of 32 years, Pamela; sons, Brian Valach and his wife Kathryn; Jim Amado and his wife Beth Ann; Gerald "Jay" Amado; daughter-in-law, Paige Valach; grandchildren, Abby, Anna, Brant (Taylor), Bryce (Angel), Grace, Jake, Kaitlyn, Kaleigh, Nick, Rose and Tommy.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his son, George C. Valach and daughter-in-law, Wendi Amado.
There will be a visitation on Saturday, January 22, 2022 from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm at Maloney Funeral Home, 2401 Cattlemen Road, Sarasota, Florida 34232. Funeral service will follow at noon.
Memorial contributions may be made in George's honor to Tidewell Hospice at www.tidewellhospice.org or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital at www.stjude.org. Memories and condolences may be left online for the family at www.MFHcares.com.

Sorry to hear of George's passing. I have a lot of respect for the man from our time at Uarco in Eudora, KS. Sitting here now, I'm recalling my hiring interview, meetings in his office, and his stories on our business trip to Omaha (I didn't know chicken feet were such a thing). I'm sipping a Gin on the rocks in his memory. Godspeed George.

We did not see George very often, but when we visited with him and Pam, whether at Palermo's having pizza, Judy's in Bradenton for breakfast, or in the dining room on the Carnival Conquest, we always had a nice visit. The golfing stories my cousin Robbie relates about him and George's love of golf are always entertaining and heartwarming.
George will be missed and our deepest sympathies to Pam and her family. May George rest in peace! Tom and Diane
