I just found out that Uncle George passed. I'm so sorry for your loss. 100 years old, wow. He lived a full life and I'm sure he is happy to be back with his wife of so many years.

I was extremely fortunate to meet George just a few days ago as he was heading into the Busy Bee restaurant in Western Springs. I expressed my sincere gratitude for his service to our country, for interrupting his life for my freedom and yours. George told me about welding huge fuel tanks in the Pacific as a SeaBee. I am so honored to have met George. George was a perfect example of the Greatest Generation! Rest In Peace sir!

I'm truly sorry for your loss. My condolences goes out to your entire family. It is always difficult when someone you love falls asleep in death. Please find comfort in the words found at (Psalms 94:19) When anxieties overwhelmed me, you comforted and soothed me. Also Matthew 5:4 says Happy are those who mourn, since they will be comforted. May the true God of all comfort be with you during this difficult time.

My deepest sympathy to the family and friends of George. May you find comfort in this promise of God at Job 33:25.
