Garrick was born special. He didn't have a normal life that all of us may easily take for granted, but I know he still wanted to have a life of his own. I would like to believe that he was happy because he did things the way he wanted. He was able to travel across the United States all by himself and seemed to always end up at his favorite place Chicago. My father recently said to me, that he was a good kid, which makes this loss that much harder.
I wish that he and I had a better relationship, but I understood and accepted why it was that way. Despite this, I still always hoped for the best for my little brother.
I wanted to also take this time to thank my parents, especially my father. Who tried his hardest to make sure Garrick was taken care of. I realize that the situation my father had was difficult, but I know that he did the best that he could. And as his son I really admire and appreciate that. So on behalf of my brother Garrick I want to thank you for always being such a Great father.
I would also like to thank Gina for checking up on our brother and being there for him.
I know that right now Garrick is looking down from Heaven and smiling because he sees all the people here that love him very much.
And to reassure my Parents, although Garrick's time here with us was brief you no longer have to worry about him for he is in the Kingdom of our Heavenly Father now.
We should all Honor my brother by living our lives to the fullest the way Garrick tried to do.
I want to thank everyone for their well wishes and support as it means so much especially during a time like this.
So long Baby brother, you are in our thoughts and Prayers.

I will like to give my deepest sorrow to the family for their loss.Death is always hard to deal with, that is why our Father in heavens will swollow it up. But until then he will give you comfort to go on (Is 61:2).So please look to God for comfort and he will sustain you.
Sincerely,someone who cares!
