Agostino, Gaetano "Guy" Of Batavia, formerly of Downers Grove and McCook. Retired Captain with the Village of McCook Police Dept. Beloved husband of the late Mary Virginia (nee Butkovich); loving father of Maria (Richard) Bukowski and Guy (Catherine) Agostino; devoted grandfather of Richard (Laura) Bukowski, Jason and Kristy Agostino; dear great-grandfather of Xander and Eric Bukowski; dear brother of Antoinette (the late Sal) Del Re, Elizabeth (Joseph) Bellisario, Mary (Michael) Palmisano and Theresa Agostino; uncle of many. Visitation Tuesday 3-9pm at Hallowell & James Funeral Home 1025 W. 55th St., Countryside. Prayers Wednesday 9:15am at the funeral home to St. Hugh's Catholic Church, Lyons for Mass at 10am. Interment Queen of Heaven Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, masses preferred. Funeral Home Phone: (708) 352-6500

Guy, I know that the anniversary of your fathers passing in coming. Once again I would like to reiterate how pleasant your dad was always to me as a kid growing up in McCook. He was one of the good guys in town.
