Kay, Celine, Pat, Theresa, and Mary, as adopted cousins, I was so sad to hear about Frank's sudden passing. Hang in there. He was a one of a kind guy who could really make you laugh. I could tell from his Facebook posts what a happy husband and proud Dad he was. Sorry I missed the services but know I was there in spirit. Love you guys!

Dear O'Sullivan family, I had the pleasure of attending St. Walter's with Frankie. He was a real firecracker, a great jokester who had a ton of energy, and a heart of gold. I'm sure Frankie gave the nuns and teachers a headache from time to time but his classmates really loved having him around. He was quite the character who will be missed by all. I haven't seen him in quite a while but have very fond memories of our days together at St. Walters. I am sorry for this huge loss. May God Bless Frankie

Frank you were one of my babies. I enjoyed every minute of my time with you. Having you around was a great way to meet guys taking one of the little ones was the only way to get out of the house. We went to the park to swim. We went to McDonald's and of course when we went to the store he had to have numerous pieces of candy. The guy at the RedWheel called him the candy man. He brought me such joy and made me laugh. Once I went to Denise Bernard's with him and wasnt paying attention and he got out if the house and was wandering around down on Longwood dr. My brother pat found him and brought him home. I was crazy scared. Finally my mother called me and said I wasn't going out for a very long time. As he grew up we called the red headed firecracker because he never sat down. It was a joy to see him grow up to a wonderful man and father. He lived for them. His nieces and nephew all have their own special relationships with him. He keeps up with all of us. I'm going to miss him forever and will miss the only person who called me Kathryn. Love u always.

In this day of social media I reconnected and was a fan of Frank's posts about his kids. I knew him while at St Walters. A genuine guy with a great sense of humor. Prayers and well wishes to his family.
