Kazmierski, Frank A. "Lefty" age 80, beloved husband of the late Frances Kazmierski, loving father of Frank Kazmierski Jr., Shirley Kazmierski, Fred (Kelly) Kazmierski and the late Carolyn Kazmierski, devoted grandfather of Lauren, Sean and Meghan Kazmierski, dear brother of the late Eugene (late Eltie) Kazmierski and Ed (late Elvie) Kazmierski, fond uncle of many nieces and nephews. WWII U.S. Army Veteran. Frank served overseas during the war and was the recipient of two Bronze Battle Stars. Member of the Illiana American Legion Post #220 serving as Past Commander & Post Chaplain. Retired employee of Illinois Central Rail Road. Visitation Wednesday, 2 to 9 p.m. Funeral services Thursday, at 9:30 a.m., from the Elmwood Chapel, 11200 S. Ewing Ave., Chicago, to St. Francis de Sales Church. Mass at 10 a.m. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery. 773-731-2749.
