Fortino, Frank "Obie" U.S. Army Veteran WWII, late of Palos Hills, beloved husband of the late Evellyn Fortino (nee Lautzenhiser), devoted stepfather of Fritzi (John) Cerinich, proud grandfather of Victoria (Peter Wyatt) Cerinich, Cinthia (Joseph) La Porte, and Melanie (Nickos Klementzos) Cerinich M.D., loving great-grandfather of Bridget La Porte, Kostantinos and Eleni Klementzos, dear brother of the late John (late Lida), Carmen (late Yolanda), Mike (late Peg), Joe (late May), Anthony Fortino, Josephine (late Frank) Milella, and Florence (late Phil) Parisi, fond brother-in-law of Sally Davies, the late Mary Eileen "Peggy" Ashment, and Elizabeth Seibt, kind uncle of John, Robert, Eddie, Jack, and Linda, and great-uncle of many. Member of the Chicago Regional Council of Carpenters Local 199, Past Commander of American Legion Gold Star Post 1102 in 1953 and Order Sons of Italy in America Southwest Lodge No. 2558. Visitation Friday, 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Funeral Saturday, 8:45 a.m. from Thornridge Funeral Home (Janusz Family Funeral Service), 14318 S. LaGrange Rd.
