I spent the past eight days thinking of how I will remember Frank J. Ferro.
I will remember:
When I was confused he offered me knowledge;
When I was lost he offered me guidance;
When we gathered for family celebrations we had a good time;
Those were the times he had touched my life;
The moments we had together were special, they were unique.
Those were the times I would remember.
That Mr. Ferro was a family man,
Committed to providing for his family and loved ones,
Makes him a great man.
He provided comfort; He provided advice;
He provided interesting antidotes;
He provided for me.
He was as I am proud to consider us family.
The value I place on our relationship is great.
His life has meant a lot to me.
I appreciate the joy and strength he brought to my life.
I appreciate the warm embraces he met me with.
I appreciate him.
I will feel this from Mr. Ferro again,
Who left behind his comfort, warm embrace, and knowledge,
In the form of his family.
People for whom,
I am better for knowing.
People for whom,
Have embraced me in the same way.
Mr. Ferro is a special individual who did us all a favor in leaving this world with his family;
A group of special people,
Who touched many people,
And will be special to many more.
Mr. Ferro you are appreciated.
I love you.
Your respect, good will, and mannerisms,
Will always live on through the lives of those you had touched.
There would be no way for me to pay you back for all that you have meant to me.
