I hung around with Frakie's brother Joe. I remember Frankie as a skinny little guy with a beautiful smile. He did his family proud. He did us guys and the neighborhood proud.
I'm sorry for the late response. I didn't find out about his passing until today. The Casale family was a beautiful family.
Our prayers and condolences. God bless him.
