Frank Bednarczyk Obituary

It is with deep sorrow that I have just learned of the death of one of my best friends, Frankie. We grew up together in our neighborhood of Roseland, went to the same elementary school, St. Salomea, and hung around together during our teens. When we were old enough you could find us and his wife's Dad, Joe Lakomy at one of the Chicagoland racetracks for many many years. I was a frequent visitor to Frankie's Lynwood home and grew to know his older children well. His son, Mathew, became friends with one of my foster sons. I got to know KK and her sister like they were my nieces. I am even his son, Martin's Godfather for Baptism. I just can't believe that he is gone. Priscilla, you have my deepest condolences and heartfelt sympathy. I know how much you loved him. Yet, look at all of the wonderful family he has left with you.They will provide you with so much love and support to help you through this time of sorrow. I will always keep Frankie in my prayers as well as you. With love,

It is normal to grieve over the death of a loved one. Jesus' disciples mourned the death of their loved ones. (John 11:33-35, 38; Acts 8:2; 9:39) Instead, we view it as a time to show empathy.Romans 12:15.

So sorry to hear Franky passed. We graduated from Fenger High school and I valued his friendship. God Bless your soul "funny man" and RIP. Also, my condolences and prayers to his family.
