To the honorable Battaglia family,
I worked alongside Mr. Frank P. Battaglia for a little over eight years, actually since August 12, 1996. Being the president of the company, he also managed the retail department with great success. He has been and will always be in spirit the best person I have ever met. There may be others, but it won’t be easy to fill those shoes. He always spoke by using examples and proverbs. He was the best person to work with because he was down to earth. Also, I never felt intimidated or uncomfortable when speaking with him. In addition to his personable disposition, I admired his values, especially his honesty; the truth was his best friend. It has been a blessing for me to ever have met him and his family because their values reflect mine. You will live within me forever. I am sure you touched many people in positive ways, especially your employees.
God bless you and your family,
John M. Monacelli and family

Dear Battaglia Family,
I want to extend my deepest sympathies and condolences to the entire Battaglia family....I had the good fortune to meet Uncle Frank on several occassions....he was always cordial and good hearted ...yet a monolith of strength that he stood for and passed on to his children.....I would have liked to attend the wake but I too had recently lost my mother-in-law a few days earlier and recovering from hip surgeory...I will always have very fond memories of Uncle Frank..."May the Lord embrace him at Heaven's gate"....Paul Levine

To The Family of Frank Battaglia:
My children played Little League Baseball when Frank devoted his time to teach and coach his team. We all had a lot of respect and love for him. He always remembered and asked about their welfare. Whenever my brother Joe would see Frank, he would always ask how is your brother Gus doing in Arizona, say hello for me. We will all miss Frank.

Dear Aunt Tutz, Frank Jr., Austin, Ernie, Marie, Joe and Fred,
I was deeply saddened to hear of Uncle Frank's passing. Given the circumstances of his illness, it is comforting to know that he now rests. Please accept my heartfelt sympathy.
I will always remember Uncle Frank as a man of great stature and strength. I know that he loved wrestling, baseball and football. He instilled that passion in his boys, who all excelled in sports. What a legacy even to his grandchildren! I see his namesake, Frank, who is often found in the sportspages for high school wrestling, is following in his grandfather's footsteps.
The greatest legacy he leaves is that of a family man. To be married for six decades . . . to raise six children . . . to enjoy the blessing of 23 grandchildren . . . What an abundant life!
You remain in our thoughts and prayers.
with love,
Margi Battaglia Kaminski
