Dear Judge Johnson-Speh,
Chuck and I would like to extend our sympathy to you and Frank's family. We remember meeting Frank for the first time at your house many, many years ago when you had invited some of us from the courthouse over. We were in awe of the fine craftsmanship of your home. What an incredible military career he had. We thank him for his service! May the wonderful memories you have of Frank bring comfort to your heart and a smile to your face.
