I had the pleasure to work for Judge Mahon from 1968-1970 when he was a partner in McConnell, Curtis, Mahon & Borst. He was a delightful human being, had a great sense of humor and the softest heart of anyone I knew. On the one hand I was sorry he was assigned to a bench in the Criminal Court and had to see all that horror; on the other, I know he was eminently fair and would do a wonderful job. My condolences to Mrs. Mahon, and his children. Your loss is great.

It is with regret that I learned of the passing of Judge Mahon. He was a long time public servant who took his responsibility seriously and performed it with honesty and integrity.
My deepest sympathies to his entire family and especially to Mrs. Mahon and Frank,Jr.
Sincerely, Jim Morici
