Frances was a wonderful neighbor and will be missed by many at The Meadows. Her garden was an inspiration to all who passed by her home, and I will treasure the wonderful plants she has shared with me over the years -- especially the peony she so graciously gave to me a year ago. She was loved and will be missed.
