Ah - the soda from the cubby hole. BBQ potato chips and swinging on the swing... and the olives that no one ate :)
We miss you Grandma.

I met Florence over 20 years ago through my friendship with her daughter, Alison. I have fond memories of enjoying her company at many family and social functions. I remember her smile, laughter and sweet personality. A beautiful lady, younger than her years. I saw her last on Christmas eve and as always she was elegant and charming. I am so glad I spent time with her that night. May her family and friends find comfort in the cherised memories of their years together. Florence will be missed by all who were fortunate to know her. Heaven is blessed with a new angel.

I am so sorry for the loss of your mother Alison, especially around Mother's Day. Her smile and who can forget that beautiful young complexion of hers. She will always have a place in my heart, as my mother does. I will also miss those wonderful cresent cookies she always made for us at the salon.
God Bless all of you.

Cookies?? How about the chips with the sour cream and onion dip! That was the best! And I think Grandma never sat down ever when we were over. 7-Up cans in the little cubby hole in the staircase going to the basement. Old barbie dolls and swinging on the old front porch swing. I will miss you Grandma!

How can I forget the amount of food Grandma put out everytime we visited...esp the cresent cookies and my favorite, white chedder popcorn and corn puffs. But who can forget the shuffle board game on her basement floor?

I'll always remember going over to Grandma's house and her bringing out ice cream treats after we've already eaten more than we should! And who can forget her crescent cookies and sense of humor. Love you Grandma.

Mom - that word best describes Mrs. Rabka to me. Always smiling, bringing wonderful cresent cookies or other delicious foods to the girls at the salon; kind, sweet and loving. I will remember her always. I feel very fortunate to have had the pleasure to know Mrs. Rabka and know that her family will miss her terribly. So sorry for your loss.
