My deepest sympathy to all of you. The first morning we wake up without mom in the world with us is unlike any other!

While I have not seen Florence in many years she was an integral part of my life for along time. She impacted my life in many ways but her conviction and courage provided a standard by which I still go by. She was in my mind and always will be a "class act". She will live on in the hearts and minds of all who knew her.

In my last conversation with her, the Sunday before her death, Florence, as she always did -- always, always, always -- attested to her love for my father; for us, her children and stepchildren; for all the grandchildren and all the great-grandchildren. She said how lucky she was to have had us all in her life.

It's not my place to say how lucky she was to have known my family, but, beyond a doubt our fortune in having known Florence knows no bounds.

We will miss her deeply, and forever.

My family and I grew up next door to Flo and her family. She was a wonderful, sweet woman. Florence was always so kind to us. Very thoughtful and giving to our family of nine children. My mother and father loved her dearly. She will be sorely missed. My heart goes out to her daughters, Jeannie and Gail, and all her family and friends. God Bless You!

I was introduced to Aunt Florence when I married her nephew, Larry. I instantly liked her and she has felt like my family ever since. She was a kind and loving lady and always made me feel good after I had spent time with her.The bonus was my family was now larger which included Gail & family and Jean and Marianne. I will miss you Aunt Florence but the memory of knowing you will always be with me.
Love, Donna

How often I remember our DAU days. I still work at Loyola, and can't help but remember all the fun times we shared at the Dental School on the occasions I have enter the building.
My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
