Fern Feldman Obituary
Feldman, Fern (nee Bayles), age 87, of Chicago, after a lengthy period of incapacitation. Beloved wife of the late Chicago Sun-Times horse racing columnist, Dave Feldman. Fern became a recognized figure at race tracks throughout the nation and always provided a kind word and friendly smile to everyone she encountered. Known as a compassionate human being dedicated to helping and consoling ohers, she displayed enormous strength and courage during an extended illness. All services will be private.
