Konieczny, Felix age 82, loving son of the late Jozef and the late Antonina Konieczny, beloved husband of Maria Janik, dear brother of the late Walter (Donna), the late Frank (the late Katherine), Helen (the late Marion) Hibner, Roman (Eleanor), Joel (the late Bernice), John (the late Rosalie), Victoria (the late Stanley) Rafa, Adele (the late James) Baloun, the late Claire (the late Peter) Roos, the late Irene, the late Jenny, Dorothy (Jacob) Dumelle and Sandra (Gerald) Miller, fond uncle of many nieces and nephews, loyal friend of many. Funeral Friday, September 27, 2002, 8:45 a.m., from Szykowny Funeral Home, LTD, 4901 S. Archer Ave. (1 blk. East of Pulaski Rd. at Szykowny Blvd.), to St. Adalbert Church, 9:30 a.m., Mass. Interment St. Adalbert Cemetery. Visitation Thursday 2 to 9 p.m. Felix worked on the Chicago Subway in the 1940's, was a Chief on the Santa fe Railroad for many years and was an instructor in Woodcraft at the Chicago Park District.
