Koonsky, Fay (nee Warman), loving wife of the late Sidney, dear sister of the late Edward (Doris) Warman, the late Roberta (the late Albert) Berger, fond aunt of Robert Warman, Jeffrey (Bracha) Warman, Linda (Sandy) Silvers, Robin (Hy) Reibman, Penny Kramer, Mark (Bonnie) Berger, and Barry Sarnat, fond great-aunt of many nieces of nephews, devoted sister-in-law of the late Florence (Jules) Sarnat. Graveside services Tuesday, 10 a.m., at Shalom Memorial Park Cemetery, (Section II Makhpela), 1700 W. Rand Rd, (at Route 53), Arlington Heights, IL. In lieu of flowers, memorials in her memory to Hadassah/Women's ZOA, 4711 Golf Rd., Ste. 600, Skokie, IL 60076, would be appreciated. I was taken back to the family quickly when I saw Fay's name..Our sympathy to the Warman family as a branch of the Berger/Miller family we feel regret that such a lovely lady will no longer be with us..Love Lorraine (Miller) & Michael Ostrinsky

I was very saddened to learn of Fay's passing. We have been friends for 70 years and I felt very fond of her. We had lunch together a month ago and she did not seem to be ill. Please accept my sincere condolence.
