As I indicated in the memorial card sent yesterday, Evelyn was a very special person. Maybe as a result of being in their wedding party some 50+ years ago, we kept in touch troughout the years, visiting their home in LA when Joyce and her husband were alive, and then in Vegas just before plans went in to effect to move back to the Chgo area. We spoke with Evelyn either the very night she died or the evening before having taken Karen's recommendation to call her when she was hospitalized.
Our deepest sympathy to all of the family, especially Gene.
