Warm and loving memories of a sweet lady and good friend to my Mom Barbara. I remember Evelyn from the time I was a little girl and she was this stunning, tall lady, beautifully coiffed and made up. Then to see Mom and Evelyn form this 'best friendship' later in life. Was very special!
Saturday night clutch of the golden girls out to dinner and the movies, shopping, supporting one another as good friends do...
May they all be enjoying the everafter together in peace and love and goodness.

Evelyn was a special person who loved to laugh and to be with friends. My wife, Agnes, and I will miss her greatly. When I first met her we forged a solid friendship because I told her that she was the second Mrs. Goldberg in my life. The first one was an elderly woman who knew me from birth and for whom I would run errands as a boy in Brooklyn, NY. On occasions when Evelyn would send me a card she would sign it the Second Mrs. Goldberg. When I would call her up, I would greet her with, How's by you? and she would know immediately who it was.
Her passing has brought sadness to those who loved her but may all be strengthened by the hope that her memory may be a blessing to all.
