De La Torre, Esmeralda 25, after a long illness, Ezzy has taught us to live life to its fullest, to be loving to all family and friends. She has touched many hearts in her fight and for this, her heart and soul will always be a part of us. Beloved daughter of Rafael and Romelia, loving sister of Eddie, Horacio (Noemi) and Linda, special granddaughter of Tomasa Lopez, cherished aunt of Mark Anthony, Dylan, Alejandra and Isaac. Special thanks to her caring and devoted boyfriend Abraham, dearest niece of many aunts and uncles. Greatly loved friend to many. Funeral Tuesday, 8:30 a.m. from the Wolniak Funeral Home, 5700 S. Pulaski Rd., to Our Lady of Fatima Church, (38th & California) for 9:30 a.m. Mass. Interment Beverly Cemetery. Visitation Monday, 2 to 9 p.m. 773-767-4500.
