Employed by Illinois Department of Transportation as a highway maintainer for 32 years Retiring in 2002. Life member of V.F.W. Cantigny Post #367, U.S. Navy Veteran. Survived by his loving and devoted wife of 14 years, Antoinette (Olejniczak) Davidson, a son, Brian Davidson of Joliet, Parents, Fred and Noreen (Glick) Davidson of OH, one sister, Penny (Richard) Blatti of Upper Arlington OH, a niece, Erin Blatti and a nephew, Stephen (Caroline) Blatti and former wife and good friend, Susie Sweet. O'Neil Funeral Home, 1105 E. 9th St., Lockport, where services will be held Tuesday, 11 a.m., in the Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Jeanne Cosgrove of St. Josephs Church officiating. Interment Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery, Elwood. Visitation Monday, 3 to 8 p.m.
