I loved YaYa dearly!
She will be missed deeply! She was a fixture in our family and it will never be the same without her wonderful and powerful presence. I feel fortunate to have had her in my life, and privileged to have known her wisdom.
With Much Love,

We will all miss her dearly! Yaia Yaia was as much a grandparent to my children as Baba, and their tears and sense of loss only confirm that. As for me, Palm Springs and ravioli will never be the same. Who will bless the dough? Who will hide the coin in the holiday bread? Who will tell me the unfiltered truth? She lived a good long life. If I know half the joy and pride she had, I will die complete.
