Foy, loving mother of Bill Jr. (Cheryl) Foy, David Hugh (Kim) Foy, Kathy (Russ) Fosnaugh, Lori (George) Woodrick, Nancy Foy, and Jeanne (Mark) Pedziwiatr, devoted grandmother of 17 and great-grandmother of 8, dear sister of Midge Ciapponi and Shirley (Chuck) Willard, fond aunt of many nieces and nephews, preceded in death by 8 brothers and sisters.
