Beloved wife of 63 years to late Herbert James, loving mother of Todd (Gale) of Tinley Park, IL and Shelley Ostrem of Denver, CO., proud grandmother of Patricia Greiman and Kenneth (Jennifer) Shafer, great grandmother of Melissa, Jayna Greiman and Kaitlyn Casey, fond aunt of Tommy Shafer, Judy (Gerald) Winkler, Raymond (Donna) Shafer, Debbie Wentzel, Kathy Gibbons, James (Theresa) Gibbons, Michelle (Donald) Campbell, Hollie Hauck, Richard Haninger and Wayne (Barbara) Rollinson, caring sister of the late Marjory (the late James), devoted daughter of the late Orville and Marie (nee O'Donnell). Funeral Friday, December 1, 2006, 9:30 a.m. from the Vandenberg Funeral Home, 17248 S. Harlem Ave., Tinley Park, IL, 60477, to St. Elizabeth Seton Mass 10 a.m. Interment in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Elizabeth was a 30 year resident of Oak Lawn, IL lately of Palos Park IL. Past President of Mendel High School Mothers Club. She was an avid fan of the Alan B. Shepard High School athletic teams.
