Bromberg, Elizabeth Lillian 86, (nee Volovnick), of Alameda, CA, formerly of Skokie, IL, beloved wife of the late Rudolph Bromberg MD., devoted mother of Patricia (Bruce) Burr, Walter (Linda) Lazar, Billie Ruttum and Steven Bromberg, loving grandmother of Evan and Adam Burr, Allison and Jessica Lazar, Laura Ruttum and Joshua (Melinda) Corbett, loving great-grandmother of Brooke and Connor Corbett. Funeral services Friday, 10:30 a.m., at The Piser Chapel, 9200 N. Skokie Blvd. (at Church St.), Skokie. Interment Westlawn Cemetery, Norridge. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Elizabeth's name to The Council for the Jewish Elderly, 3003 W. Touhy Ave., Chicago, IL, 60645, would be appreciated.
