Today's Tribune carries the obit-
uaries for two treasured friends:
Elise Allen and Maxene Bersley. We
were privileged to have been a part
of a social group of eight which
held monthly dinner/card parties for
many years until retirement, moving,
illnesses and deaths began to take
their toll. We first lost Betty
Ziems, then Glenn Bees, and now we
grieve the loss of Elise and Maxene.
We cherish the memories of such
trips as the ones to Griffith,
Jacksonville, Escanaba and Kansas
City....but especially the many
great meals we enjoyed in our homes.
Our thoughts are with the extended
family of dear Elise.
