As a child, I believed my Omi was magic. As a young adult, I thought I knew better. As I've grown older and wiser, I've come to realize that I was right the first time.
To be the treasured grandchild of my Omi and Papa is the greatest blessing I have ever known. I love them dearly, and miss them terribly.

Dear Judy and Jane,
We remember your Mom and Dad from the 50's and 60's. Pat was the Chicago salesman for Plasto Lamps.Your mom was a beautiful lady inside and out. She was always so very kind and gracious to us. We were newly married and I remember going to your home in Glencoe to buy a desk and the beautiful dining room set about 40 years ago. We still have them both and we are now married 52 years. Your mom was always so proud of you both.
We were very sad to learn of her death. Accept our sincere sympathy and may your fond memories give you comfort and solace.

As you may have heard by now, I am no longer in the employ of Northwestern Memorial Hospital, but I saw Elinore's obituary today and nneded to let you know how sorry I was. It was always a privilege to be with Elinore, her late husband Joseph, and to minister to each and every one of you. May God be with you all and comfort you at this difficult time.
