Ehlma Garcia-Mendez Obituary

Ehlma will be missed so much. I am so glad for the time we spent at the ISMA Conference last April. Also, remember you and Ehlma dancing at the banquet a few years ago. She was brave, fought hard, and now is with Jesus. Praying for you Tino and your family.

Ehlma will be so missed. I am so glad I was able to spend some time with her at our State Convention this April. She was positive and fought till the end. A piece of my heart is now missing. Tino, my heart goes out to you and your family.

Ehlma, our dear friend and mentor, will be sorely missed in ISMA. I first met Ehlma in school in 1987 and came to know her through our meetings. Her strength and dignity are to be admired. I'll miss you, dear Ehlma. Rest in peace.

I can't tell everything that made Ehlma special as it would take me all day. She truly was a friend to all she met. I am glad that ISMA brought us together and I had a chance to know her. God Bless her and prayers to the family.

I am saddened to hear of Ehlma's passing. She fought a long, brave battle and is now at peace in heaven. I am grateful for every thing she did for the Illinois Society of Medical Assistants. My sympathy to you, Tino and the family. God give you courage to face the coming days.
