To the Weitzman Family,
I was the nurse in Dr. Roberg's and Dr. Chorba's offices. I have many memories of Mr. Weitzman coming to the office. He was always pleasant and smiling. He was a very fine gentleman and I know he will be missed. Mr. Weitzman and your family are in my thoughts and prayers.

Edward Weitzman is my father. You lived a long life with many accomplishments - the greatest being your family. May you rest in eternal peace.
