Again, continue to rest easy, Ed. And again, know that you are fondly thought of every day by the many who knew you who made a difference in their lives by your example.
May your eternal happiness be your reward for all time to come!

Continue to rest easy, Ed. Another year has passed, and the memories of you go right along. You were an example to all who knew you on earth, and made the difference in so many, including myself.
You are not forgotten, brother.

Continue to rest easy, Ed. We think about you a lot, and will always remember your thoughtful ways. It's been 12 years now since you've gone. Time does move on, and it runs quickly. Thank you again for being there for me when I needed you the most!

Hard to believe it's been 11 years since Ed passed. We shared some years together on the job. I even worked with Cathy on a different job.
Again, Ed was like a second dad to me and all the other kids in the neighborhood. Many pleasant memories.
Ed will remain an inspiration to all who knew him. And especially to me who was helped so many times by Ed.

Can't believe it's been this many years since Ed has passed. I will always remember Ed as a second father who looked after me and everyone we knew. Ed was always there for you.
Ed, may you rest easy secure in the knowledge of all the wonderful influence you gave to so many and will continue to do so in heaven. I think about you and all the guys we worked with at the Interlake plant, and the many years you had as a supervising first-responder prior to that. You served as an example to many.
I look forward to seeing you again in the place we will share someday.

Connie and I were sorry to hear of Cousin Edwards death.
He was our only connection to his branch of the Prendergast family in the Chicago area. We will remember him and the family in our prayers.

I am truely sorry for your loss. Many fond memories of Uncle Edward have been shared with my children. They remember when he was in Streator for my brother Jack's Ordination to the Priesthood in 1976. You are all in my prayers. Cousin Audrey

Ed was like a second father to all of us that grew up with him and his family on the East Side. He will certainly be missed by all who knew him.
I had the pleasure of working with him for 7 1/2 years at the old Interlake Steel Plant after he retired from CPD. Ed was instrumental in helping me secure that job in the first place. I'll always remember those good times and all the others.
Ed and his family are in our prayers for the strength to continue as they always have: examples of what it meant to be a wonderful family and friends. May you be blessed for all eternity.
