Uncle Buddy you will beDe missed by so many. I will miss seeing that cigar hanging from your mouth and smelling the scents from it. You were such a wonderful man. You may have scared me when I was little but you had such a great chuckle that I will miss. Love you much.

My Dearest Father in Law, Dad, Grandpa,

Like many, I will never forget you and miss you tremendously. You have been the rock to this family. We all so lucky to have had you in our lives.

Thanks for the memories that I will always cherish. To name of few would be the family 31 card game, your wonderful potato salad, your generosity, your love and kindness, and words to us all. I personally will always remember how you taught me to look for signs of spring. The budding of the tress and weeping willow trees. No you were never crazy on that you were by far intelligent. So I will look up every spring and know that it is you telling me that spring is coming. I believe we both truly loved looking for those signs.
Thank you for being the worlds best father in law any one could have or ask for. Even if you accused me of cheating in 31. By the way, I did a couple of times, ok well maybe more than a couple of times. You have provided and nourished this whole family with so much of your love and knowledge that we all will never forget. I personally will never forget that the "rock" you were. Being a grandpa and grandma to the grandchildren is by far the hardest thing a grandparent has to do and you rocked it. I love you and will never forget you. Please tell my parents and Grandma Paprocki about all the grandkids. Thank you for accepting me as your daughter. Enjoy smoking cigars with my dad in heaven. I will miss the smell of you and my dad smoking cigars. Now I know that I have the best guardian angels watching over me and the rest of us.
Your loving daughter in law,
Maryjean xoxoxoxox

He was a kind and gentle man dedicated to family and country. He like the rest of our aunts and uncles worked hard to provide us with a sense of family and structure. I will cherish the memories of my youth with him and the rest of the family at the family picnics, barbecues, forest preserves and all the family gatherings. Good bye and God Bless Uncle Bud! Hope they have ashtrays in heaven!

I will miss you Grandpa. It was a blessing to had have you for 83 years. I will never forget playing 31 cards game and how you taught me never to cut in cards. I will never forget those times where you took Natalie, Lauren and I to church and where they once had played your favorite hymn "Be Not Afraid." I will never forget going to the Yogi Bear Campsite with you, my dad and Billy Sr. and Billy Jr. So many happy memories especially how we went to Denny where the waitress knew you or how you always took us to Old Country Buffet.

I thank you for being there for Naomi who never knew her other grandparents and I thank you for being another father figure to my mom. Mostly I thank you for being a wonderful father to my dad and your other kids.

Although you passed away 10 minutes before my birthday, yet in Indiana we were an hour ahead which made it seem like you died on my birthday, I am glad to have another guardian angel next to my Grandma Ksiazek on my birthday.

I will see you soon on the last day and enjoy the wonderful Heavenly Family reunion with Grandma, Uncle Ronald and my Grandma and Grandpa Ksiazek and with your parents and grandparents and etc.

I love you Grandpa and I'll never forget your quote: "You can be anything you want to be."

I miss him already but am grateful he is no longer in that broken body, that was just not him. I will never smell a cigar and not think of Uncle Bud. I miss him so much already. Love to Danny, Dawn, and Kenny. If your Mom were here, she would tell you how very proud she is of all of you for taking such good care of him. He will be welcomed in Heaven with so many who have gone before him. Love and hugs to all of you. Peggy, Jerry, and family.
