Koranda, Edward K. Age 68, Vietnam Veteran, avid golfer and racquetball player. Dearest son of Beverly (Mano) and the late Edward J. Koranda; beloved husband of Doris "Dot" Koranda (nee Andrasco); loving father of Edward J. Koranda II and Mike (Samantha Carroll) Koranda; fond brother of Karen (Jack) O'Keefe, Jan (Lowell) Isenberg, Bob (Pat) Koranda, Kris Koranda and Mark (Peggy) Koranda; proud grandfather to Max Koranda; uncle to many nieces and nephews and forever loving cousin to many more. Visitation Wednesday, July 9th, 2014 3:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. at Brady-Gill Funeral Home, 16600 S. Oak Park Ave., Tinley Park, IL. Funeral Thursday, July 10th, 2014 10:30 a.m. at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery, 20953 W. Hoff Rd., Elwood, IL 60421. Family and friends are asked to meet at the cemetery at 10:15 a.m. Founding member of Diamond Island American Legion Post #335 in Cassopolis, Michigan and a proud member and past commander of AMVETS Post #72.
