Jalloway, Edward J. age 87, of St. Pete Beach, FL, formerly of Chicago, IL, Veteran Army WWII, preceded in death by his wife, Helen Veronica (nee Czochara), loving father of Judith (Bruce) Christensen, Carol (Phil) Lyons, Richard (Diane) Jalloway, and the late Susan (David) Petruskevich, dearest grandfather of David, Jeff, Susan, Patty, Elizabeth, Stephanie, Sara, Lea, and Anthony, great-grandpa of Ryan, Josh, Peter, Rachel, Ashley, Jennifer, and Jonathan, fond and loving partner of Dorie Kwarcinski and her daughters Kathy and Robbie. Funeral Wednesday, 9:30 a.m. from Foran Funeral Home, 7300 W. Archer Ave. (55th St. just west of Harlem) to St. Daniel the Prophet Church, Mass 10:00 a.m. Interment Resurrection Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Florida Holocaust Museum, 55 5th St. South, St. Petersburg, FL 33701 or the charity of your choice appreciated. Very sorry to hear of the passing of your father. I have very fond memories of him and the glass company and he was always kind to me. Cousin Alice called me about this but it was too late to attend the wake or funeral.
