Czuba, Edward formerly of Clarendon Hills and Grayslake, beloved husband of Henriette (deceased), father of Mark (Linda) Czuba, Catherine Czuba, Michelle Czuba, Paul Czuba and Alida (Peter) Gallo, grandfather of Camille Rose Gallo and special uncle to Alida Nally and family of Glenview, IL, brother of the late Tadeusz Czuba, the late Stanley (the late Florence) Czuba, the late Leonard (Francis) Czuba, Joseph (the late Bertine) Czuba, the late Florence (the late Edward) Bajek and Lottie (Al) Baisa. Visitation at Addolorata Villa, 555 McHenry Rd., Wheeling, IL, 60090, Sunday, from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. Funeral Mass Monday, at 9:30 a.m., at the Chapel of Addolorata Villa. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to NAMI of Greater Milwaukee, 3732 W. Wisconsin Ave., Milwaukee, WI, 53208.
