Dear John and Children,
We were so sorry to hear about the passing of Edi. We heard about it at mass this evening. She was a lovely person always so very warm and compassionate. We have grand memories of the fun we had with your wife and Mom. We will keep you all in our prayers. Sending our love to all of you.
Love Don and Rita Schuble

I have some very fond memories of Mrs. D. I remember her when we would work on Steve's car in the garage and she would come out of the house to offer us something to eat. Mr. D would be supervising us and smoking his cigar. Years later I would see her frequently at her grandsons hockey games. She was a special lady and I feel honored to have known her. My condolences to the family during this difficult time.

I have many memories of Edith even though I've only known her a short time. My favorite memory is when I would see her eyes light up when the Lawrence Welk Show would come on tv. She LOVED that show and would watch me periodically to make sure I was watching it with her. John would comment on how loud the tv was every Saturday night. I would remind him it was her favorite show and he would smile and say; "ok then".
