COPELAND Edith Copeland, 93, Iberia, died Tuesday, April 17, 2007, at Miller County Care and Rehabilitation Center. Born on June 6, 1913, a daughter of the late C.D. Barton, Belvia (Barnhart) Lawson and step-father Roe Lawson. Survivors include: two sons, Charles "Don" Copeland and Burl Copeland; six daughters, Alma Hill, Betty Blankenship, Mona Jones, JoAnn Gallagher, Lemoine Lawson, and Linda Prather; 23 grandchildren; 39 great grandchildren; and 14 great-great grandchildren. Visitation will be from 1-3 p.m., Thursday, April 19. Services will immediately follow at 3:00 p.m. at Rekus Funeral Home, Iberia. Interment will be in Wheeler Cemetery near Dixon. Condolences may be shared with the family at www.rekusfuneralhomes.com.
