We will miss you Eddie, from your Friends at the Chicago Police Department and the Emerald Society of Illinois.
I know your watching from above and having good time. Heaven called and you went. You never let anyone down.

You were not just an inspiration to so many, but a great friend to us all. You taught me so much in life and I will never forget you. All those around you have been honored to have known a person with your ambition, character, smile, and stories. You are a true icon. "No Worries" Love you always, your son Mike.

I will long remember "the legend of hockey stories".

Thank you for the stories and your cheerful manner. May God bless and comfort your family and all who loved you. You will be greatly missed. Your life made a difference.

Eddie was quite the character! It would be great to find him working a Sox game and be able to introduce friends to Eddie and hit him up for an old story. Hats off to you Mr. Swiss.
