Hedel, Earl B. February 13, 2007, Vet. Army WWII, beloved husband of the late Florence (nee Oppel), loving father of Walter (Judith), Michael (Carol), William, Sharon (Robert) Gormbley, Catherine (Ronald) Clarke and the late Linda Marie and Mary Lynn, dear grandpa of eight, great-grandpa of Taylor Ann, fond brother Lorraine Wichert, uncle of many nieces and nephews. Visitation at the Ewald-Barlock Funeral Home, 2501 N. Southport Ave., on Sunday, from 2 to 8 p.m. Lying-in-state at St. Paul United Church of Christ, 655 W. Fullerton Pkwy, Chicago, on Monday, 9 a.m. until time of services at 10 a.m. Interment Montrose Cemetery. Please omit flowers, kindly make donations to St. Paul Church. Funeral info: 773-549-0098
