I am so sorry to hear of Miss Dottie's passing. I loved Mac-Do Lodge and fondly remember how Miss Dottie would play little tricks on us -- I can still see her twinkling eyes and devilish grin! She was a great teacher (I was both a camper and a Counselor in Training)-- strict, demanding, yet so caring -- and a fine human being.

This is Jerry Moen, the painter, I knew Dorothy and am sorry to hear of her passing. Sorry I could not make it to her wake, I was had to take my son with kidney disease to his appt.

Miss Dottie made Mac-Do what it was. I have fond memories of my time there and of her. My condolences to the family. She was a very special person.
