Doris Petro Obituary

Petro, Doris F. (nee Corzine), age 85, late of Richmond, VA formerly of Markham, IL, went to be with the Lord Monday, January 28, 2008. Beloved wife of the late John G. Petro. She is survived by her two children whom she shared the past 13 years with, John W. (Ruth) Petro of Doswell, VA and Susan Bauer of Richmond, VA. Proud grandmother of Eric Bauer of San Antonio, TX and Adam Bauer of Tacoma, WA; great-grandmother of Camden Bauer of Easton, MD. Preceded in death by her brother Elgin Corzine. Doris was retired from Ingalls Hospital as an administrative assistant after 20 years of dedicated service. She was a kind and loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother and will be missed by all who knew and loved her. Graveside service Saturday, February 2, 2008, 12 p.m. directly at Homewood Memorial Gardens Cemetery, 600 W. Ridge Road (2 blocks east of Halsted St. on Ridge Rd.), Homewood, IL.
