Rose, Donna (nee Radakovich), age 55, late of Chicago, passed away Thursday, September 12, 2002. Employee for the Center for Law and Humsn Services, former employee for the Multiple Sclerosis Society of Chicago, member of the Church of Serbian Sisters of Archangel, Michael Serbian Orthodox Church, beloved daughter of Daniel G. (Violet nee Chuich) Radakovich, devoted mother of Jaime Rose, loving sister of Dan (Wendy) Radakovich, Nick Radakovich, fond aunt of Bea, Mara, Anne and Peter Radakovich, fond niece of George Radakovich, Michael Chuich and Nick Chuich. Funeral service Monday, September 16, 2002, with a Requiem. Mass at 10 a.m., at the Church of the Mediator, 10961 S. Hoyne Ave., Chicago, with Father Jerry Ness officiating. Interment Cedar Park Cemetery. Visitation Sunday, at the Edgar Funeral Home, 10900 S. Cicero Ave., Oaklawn, from 1 p.m. until 9 p.m., with an Eastern Orthodox Pomen Service at 6:30 p.m. Memorials may be made to the Lynn Sage Breast Cancer Foundation at Northwestern Hospital. 708-423- 1600 or 773-723-0876.
