Putlak, Donald J. Age 84, of Evergreen Park, IL passed away Wednesday, October 23, 2013. A funeral mass will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, October 26, at St. Bernadette Catholic Church Evergreen Park. Visitation will be Friday 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Kenny Brothers Funeral Directors Evergreen Park. Don was born December 12, 1928 in Chicago, IL to Joseph and Victoria (Kwilosz). He was united in marriage to Shirley Beiniek on May 18, 1957 in Chicago, IL. Don was a veteran of the US Army having served during The Korean War. Don is survived by his wife, Shirley; 3 sons, Gregg (Ann), David (Lucy) and Ronald (Paulette) Putlak; 8 grandchildren; a sister Lorraine (Bernard) Kash and a sister-in-law Rita (the late Ralph) Kukulski. He was preceded in death by 2 brothers, Eugene and Kenneth.
