Beloved husband of the late Rosalind (nee Rizzo); devoted father of Nicole and Domenick R. (Jen) Costantini; loving son of the late Joseph and the late Lena (nee Talerico) Costantini; cherished grandfather of Decker and Daphne; grandpup of Preston; dear brother of the late Jimmy, the late Frankie and the late Joey Costantini; fond uncle of many nieces and nephews. Member of Old Neighborhood Italian American Club. Visitation will be held AT Michael Coletta Sons Funeral Home 544 W. 31st St (Chicago) on Friday; November 7th from 9:00 A.M.-12:00 P.M. Chapel Service to follow. Entombment Queen of Heaven Cemetery.

We were born and raised on the same block. You were a very good friend of my late husband (Ralph Tassone). We had a lot of great memories from that neighborhood. I know you are in a better place with the love of your life.
You will be greatly missed. Give your body a hug for me when you get up there. Love you Mick
