Dolores Madlener Obituary

I remember her smile and cheerful disposition and always helping others. She was associated with Queen of Martyrs Church and when I visited I at times found her in the Adoration chapel. What a good woman May she Rest In Peace.

Dear family of Dolores,

Dolores was a dear supporter of the Legion of Mary, for whom I am the Spiritual Director in the Archdiocese of Chicago. She promoted many of our events in the Chicago Catholic and was friends with the recently departed Gwen Curren, another Legionary.

I am so saddened to read of Dolores passing - Dolores and I were email buddies via the internet. We shared many stories and prayers. I am sure her former editor in Hawaii and her many nun friends will miss her also.

Mom lived her life for the moment of everlasting life. Now she has abundant life. We will miss her till we are fortunate enough to meet again.
