Meintanis, Dina 74, late of Hegewisch, IL, passed away on Tuesday, September 1, 2009, beloved wife of the late Spiros Meintanis, loving mother of Maria Meintanis and Vivian (Nickolaos) Kerpiniotis, caring sister of Eleni Lira, dear aunt to Dino and Dina Meintanis and their children and grandchildren, survived by many nephews and nieces, fond friend to many. Funeral Service 10:00 a.m. Saturday, September 5, 2009, at Assumption Greek Orthodox Church, 13631 S. Brainard Ave. Interment Elmwood Cemetery, Hammond, IN. Visitation Friday, September 4th, 5:00 to 9:00 p.m., at Opyt Funeral Home, 13350 S. Baltimore Ave., Trisagion Service at 7:00 p.m. with Reverend James Doyle officiating 773-646-1133
